What does the dagger mean on the blend line?
That the daily value has not been established for that entry. It is not a warning; it means no reference intake exists for a blend of this kind, so no percentage can be given.
What is the difference between the asterisk and the caret?
On this label the caret marks a 20:1 concentrate and the asterisk marks a 10:1 one. A separate asterisk at the bottom explains that percent daily values are based on a two thousand calorie diet.
Zero calories in something sweet?
Stevia and xylitol supply the sweetness. The panel rounds the serving to zero calories, which is unsurprising in one millilitre of liquid.
