What to include when you write
For anything to do with an order: the name it was placed in, the order number from your confirmation email, and the tracking number if one has been sent. Those three lines answer most questions before they have to be asked twice.
For a damaged parcel: photographs, taken before you unpack any further, of the outer box and of the bottles as they lie in it.
For a refund: say that you are inside the sixty days and ask for the return address. The full procedure is on the refund policy page.
What not to send
Please do not send medical details or test results to this website. We are not able to do anything useful with them and they belong with your own clinician.
If you take medicine for blood sugar, read this first
Insulin and sulfonylureas lower blood sugar by design. A supplement taken alongside them is a second variable in the same system, and the person who can judge that is your prescriber, not a website. Talk to them before you start, keep testing exactly as you were told to, and do not reduce, delay or stop any prescribed dose because you have begun taking drops.
