There is an honest version of this page and a dishonest one. The dishonest version draws arrows into a picture of a cell and tells you what happens there. The honest version describes what the product is, what the label instructs, and where the evidence stops.
What follows is the honest version. It walks through the routine printed on the carton and explains the vocabulary on the panel. It does not tell you what the blend does inside you, because the manufacturer has not published a study that would let anyone say, and a dietary supplement may not make that claim in any case.

Shake the bottle
Extracts in suspension settle between doses. The first line of the suggested use is shake well before each use, and it is there so that today's dropperful holds the same proportions as yesterday's.

Fill the dropper to the mark
Squeeze the bulb, let the pipette fill, and read it at the 1 ml line. This is the part a capsule takes away from you and a dropper hands back: you can see the dose.

The wording on the carton is exactly that. Nothing is held under the tongue for a set time, and nothing is mixed into a drink unless you would rather.

The chromium enters as a trace mineral
Chromium is essential, which in nutrition has a precise meaning: the body cannot synthesise it and must take it in. Seven micrograms is what the panel declares per serving, at twenty percent of the daily value.

The twenty-two extracts are not dosed individually. They arrive as 15.47 mg of blend, with maca weighted heaviest and L-carnitine HCL lightest, and the split between them is the manufacturer's to know.

This is the seller's infographic and it is reproduced here unchanged. The top half lists things the product is sold to support. The lower dark panel is where care is needed: it names berberine, bitter melon, cinnamon bark and alpha lipoic acid, and none of those four appears anywhere on the bottle and carton we photographed.
A graphic and a label can drift apart for dull reasons, including a formula that changed or artwork made for a different product in the same range. It is not our place to say which. It is our place to point out the difference and to say which document governs: the panel on the bottle in your hand, every time.
The same goes for the word finally in the banner and the reference to managing type 2. Glycobalance is a dietary supplement. It does not manage a diagnosed condition, and anybody who has one is managed by a clinician.

No supplement has an onset time the way a drug does. This is about habit, not about effect.
Week two to four
The first bottle runs out at day thirty. That is the natural point to ask yourself whether anything is different, and to write the answer down rather than trust your memory of it.
Beyond the first bottle

Do I need to take it with food?
The label does not say either way. It says shake well, take one dropperful, place in mouth and swallow. People who write in mostly take it with breakfast, which is a habit rather than an instruction.
What does 20:1 mean on an extract?
That twenty parts of raw plant were reduced to one part of the concentrate used. It describes how the material was made. It is not a measure of how strongly anything acts.
