What Glycobalance delivery costs
The two-bottle order carries a $9.99 flat rate inside the United States. The three and six-bottle orders ship free. International rates are quoted at checkout for the destination you enter.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are picked and packed on business days. When the parcel leaves, an email with a tracking number follows, which is worth keeping until the box is in your hands. If nothing has arrived within a few days of that email, the courier's tracking page is the first place to look and customer service is the second.
Packaging
Glass bottles travel in a plain outer box with no branding on the outside, which is standard for supplements and means the parcel says nothing about its contents to anyone who handles it.
If something goes wrong
Broken glass, a missing bottle, a parcel marked delivered that is not on your step: all of these are handled by the seller, by email, and quickly in most accounts we have seen. Photographs help enormously with damage claims, so take them before unpacking.

How long does it take?
Inside the United States, usually a few business days once the parcel leaves the warehouse. International orders take longer and depend on the destination's customs.
Do you ship outside the US?
The seller does ship to a number of countries, at a rate quoted at checkout. Duty and customs charges on arrival are the buyer's.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and the bottles before you unpack any further and email customer service the same day. A broken bottle is replaced, not argued about.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Email customer service immediately. Once a parcel is in the courier's hands, the address is usually fixed and only the courier can redirect it.
