The seller gives you sixty days from the day your parcel is delivered. If you decide in that window that the drops are not for you, you write to customer service, they give you the return address, and the purchase price comes back to the card that paid it. Bottles you have already used are not a problem; the seller asks for the containers so the return can be matched to your order. Write inside sixty days
Email customer service at [email protected] or call +1 (507) 448-8190. Give the name on the order and the order number from your confirmation email.

Ask for the return address
They will send it to you. Do not post anything back before you have it, because a parcel that arrives unannounced is harder to match to an order.

Send the bottles back
All of them, used or unused. Use a service with tracking and keep the receipt until the refund appears.

Watch for the credit
It goes back to the card that paid. If it has not arrived a week after the seller confirms receipt, email them with your tracking number.
Who handles this

When does the sixty days start?

Do I get the shipping back?
No. The refund covers the purchase price. Any shipping paid at checkout stays with the seller and the postage to send the bottles back is yours.
How long does the money take?
Once the return is received, the seller processes it and the credit reaches your card on your bank's timetable, which is usually a few working days.
