Six things Glycobalance does not do
- It does not treat, cure or prevent diabetes, prediabetes or insulin resistance.
- It does not replace insulin, metformin, a sulfonylurea or any other prescribed medicine.
- It does not lower a blood sugar reading to order, and nobody should test that theory by skipping a dose of something else.
- It is not a weight-loss product, whatever a third-party page or a marketplace listing may describe it as.
- It does not repair nerves, eyes, kidneys or circulation, and no supplement label may claim to.
- It is not approved by any regulator for any condition, because that approval does not exist for dietary supplements.
This list exists because the internet is full of pages that would rather not print it. Every line on it follows from one fact: a dietary supplement is not a drug, and the law that separates the two is not a technicality.

Insulin and sulfonylureas lower blood sugar by design. A supplement taken alongside them is a second variable in the same system, and the person who can judge that is your prescriber, not a website. Will it help me lose weight?
Nothing on the panel supports a weight claim and this site does not make one. You will find pages elsewhere that do; they are not working from the label.
Is chromium proven to do anything?
Chromium is an essential trace mineral with an established daily value, which is why it can carry a percentage on a panel at all. That is a statement about nutrition status, not a claim that seven micrograms will change how you feel.
Can I stop my medication if this works?
No. Never stop or reduce a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. That decision belongs to the prescriber who wrote it, and to nobody else.
