Everything except the chromium sits inside a proprietary blend, and a proprietary blend is declared as one total. The label gives that total as 15.47 mg and then lists twenty-two names in descending order of weight. The split between them belongs to the manufacturer and has not been published, so this site does not invent one. What the order does tell you is that maca is the largest item and L-carnitine HCL the smallest. I take insulin. Can I take this as well?
